Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds

At TrabajoTrend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Personalized/customized items are non-refundable unless defective
  • Opened art supplies (paints, markers, etc.) are only refundable if defective

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through our Contact Form within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions (typically within 2 business days)
  4. Ship items back to us using the provided return label
  5. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Digital wallet refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • You may be asked to return the damaged item for quality control purposes

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund unless defective:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Perishable goods (certain art materials with limited shelf life)

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping and handling fees
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Please allow additional time for international returns to be processed
